We had our roof replaced by Luxe Roofing Solutions. We worked with Pops. After a hail storm, he came by and inspected our roof. He advised us we should file a claim with our insurance company. We did, and set an appointment up with the adjuster. Since I know nothing about roof damage, Pops offered to come by at the appointment time to make sure the adjuster didn’t miss anything. Of course we took him up on this offer! He was there just as promised. We get our estimate, and then decided to go with Luxe for the roof repairs. Pops was responsive and professional the whole time during this process. We would text or call with questions and he would always reply right away. If he didn’t answer when we called, which is understandable if he was with another customer, he would always call back very quickly. They came out to begin the work early morning, and were finished by the afternoon. Pops was there several times throughout the day to make sure things were progressing as they should, and then again after they were done to ensure that everything was done correctly and as promised. Zack also came by to check, and to also make sure the color of the drip guard was correct. We also had Luxe install rain gutters around the house, which we didn’t have before. They performed this the day after the roof work. Again, they arrived and completed the work professionally and quickly. And of course, Pops came by to make sure that it was done correctly. I have to say, if you need roofing work done, Luxe is the place to go. Our roof looks amazing! They even upgraded our shingles from 3-tab to a better grade shingle. And our felt under the shingles to a synthetic felt that is better. If I ever need roof work done in the future, I already know who I will be calling. Thank you so much for doing an excellent Job!

Simply Amazing in this day in age good service a value is hard to find. I for once felt good about the deal it worked great I barley had to do anything. They took the rains and handled my pain in the but insurance company and made them pay. I even ended up with a better roof than the insurance company was willing to pay for!!! Streamlined process great results. Don't call anyone else there is not a tree in site at LUXE roofing because there is nothing shady about these guys!!!
